what is the maximum amount of astaxanthin i can take a day for megadosing and faster results

i take 12 mg everyday but i wanna see faster results how much extra can I take?

I was taking 24mg with a healing table spoon of spirulina (the good stuff that has a strong blue green hue rather than a plain deep green) for the beta carotene.

I starting seeing results after a month or so but with spiralina you have to be careful as it can trigger digestion issues.

beta carotene supplements by themselves at really high doses don’t seem safe in the long term.
