Carbs will fill up your glycogen which will make your muscles full

You will only bloat from carbs when you're eating at a caloric surplus since your glycogen stores will already be full by then, causing the carbs to spill over into your non-muscle tissues

FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols, which are short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that the small intestine absorbs poorly, this means...

1. Exogenous carbohydrate intake elevates blood glucose levels which is extremely toxic to every cell in your body

2. Eating both carbs and fats together activates the Randle Cycle which is chronic inflammation (includes bloating)

3. Calories are units of heat energy, not mass, therefor can not be consumed

Chronic elevated blood glucose levels will cause bloating everywhere on your body. This is because your cells don’t want the exogenous carbohydrates to enter them and cause damage. So the cells lock the carbohydrates out and are forced to sacrifice red blood cells instead.

This is called the Randle Cycle.

You shouldn’t be eating exogenous carbohydrates at all. Even as little as 4g of it causes damage to the body.
