average bideltoid is messed up in alot of places like USA cause there's so many fat overweight men with good bidelts, but the average bidelt in USA for example is 16 inches and its hard to find the average waist width due to waist size often being measured by circumference but I did get some info about it being around 14-15 inches so that with the fact that males have around an 18-19 inch bidelt. I would say the average shoulder to waist ratio in the Usa is 1.23 roughly but that obviously would vary alot.
