What is the minimum height required to avoid looking like a meatball when gymmaxxed?

I've noticed that most "gymcels" look so weird and meaty bc theyre manlets. So what is the minimum height at which it is even worth roiding in order to be perceived as aesthetic and muscular rather than as a gymcel?
