I'm going to reach my goal bodyfat very soon. I have been cutting on 1300 calories with 0.8 grams of protien per pound, hitting the gym 3x a week full body and been having good results, my face is much leaner now, But i'm going to stop pretty soon i think in about 1 more month.
How should i go about finding my accurate maintenence calories? should i just count a certain amount of calories for a month and just see if my weight stays the same?
