What is the most accurate way to find your maintenence calories?

I'm going to reach my goal bodyfat very soon. I have been cutting on 1300 calories with 0.8 grams of protien per pound, hitting the gym 3x a week full body and been having good results, my face is much leaner now, But i'm going to stop pretty soon i think in about 1 more month.

How should i go about finding my accurate maintenence calories? should i just count a certain amount of calories for a month and just see if my weight stays the same?

these websites give you an estimate try to work around those , try to eat the maintanance amount and see if you gainor lose anything

I feel fine though, i actually dieted way worse before when i didn't even count calories and lost a shit loud of muscle and looked horrible. now on 1300 with high protein i've actually lost bodyfat. so it's def been working.

Just use the sheet I linked over the weekend. It's more or less foolproof. You don't have to go full autism mode and calculate everything perfectly.

just check weight until it doesnt change on a weekly basis if u want to find maintenance cals

I've been losing 1 pound a week, thats a healthy rate, idk what you're talking about bro. I haven't lost muscle at all and i'm losing bodyfat. + high protien

losing bf should be slow so don’t take drastic measures just to look good short term, always think long term. Having said this up those calories and increase exercise, 1300 is way too low imo aim for 2000 minimum

I'm not going to eat 2000 calories and take 10 years to lose 1 pound no thanks. Like i said i've been losing 1 pound of fat per week which is a healthy rate, no muscle loss whatsoever. I dieted before like a retard and ACTUALLY ate too low and did lose muscle and weight too fast but it wasn't fat it was muscle and looked like shit. now bodyfat is actually dropping off and im looking lean like i used to.

how are ur energy levels tho? personally i can never function on that amount of calories. my sleep quality would also take a hit as i’ve experienced earlier this year

Calculate how much calories you’re eating now. Since you’re losing 1 pound a week your maintenance calories is probably 500-1000 calories more.

Eating like normal for a week and then averaging the daily calories.

Or just using a tdee calculator to find your maintenance and then weighing yourself to see if your weight changes.
