I dunno but delt muscles respond to anabolic very very well which made his shoulders appear wider. I know that shoulder bone grows until 27 but i think it's mostly muscle changes here. He's also standing straight at 1 picture and slightly curving his back in the 2 picture with posing. Maybe he gained some height too hard to tell
