Before I do research, I’d reckon I’d ask you all first on which way is it more convenient to quit nicotine dependence.

Going cold turkey or tapering off to vapes or pouches?

dont taper off you'll just get hooked on them again, go cold turkey and simply dont do that shit again if you are super addicted just pick your poison and jump to another drug

Either just completely cut nicotine, or just use less and less

Do nicotine pouches, lowkey expensive but the only thing that got my friend off nic

That wouldn’t make sense because any long term use of a substance will gradually increase your tolerance leading to more consumption.

Ex: Long term use of nicotine - > increased tolerance - > sensitivity decreases - > leads to more consumption.

Ye maybe thats the case, at least from what i know the pouches were designed as this whole idea of nic reduction over time gradually

By stopping pussy ur acting like it’s heroin

Such a pussy it’s nic u can buy it in shops grow up
The availability of a substance is irrelevant in this context mate, I’m underage so if i want to be involved in normie activity of course I’m going to engage in smoking tobacco, using pouches and vaping.

The whole reason why I started in the first place was to observe other people’s habits but I leaned in the usage too far and got myself trapped.

When I hopped on reta, I quit vaping within a couple of weeks. I wasn't using too heavily though; a 50k vape probably lasted 1-2 weeks
