I think there are some cities that are judged sexy by girls and coming from one of those is a huge "plus" with girls in terms of appearing at least interesting (of course you need to also have a base which is looks).

I personally believe New York City is the sexiest city in the world thanks also to how Hollywood portray it, especially outside the US. Many girls dream of living there so a man from NYC can exploit that side with girls

Hell no. Large percentage of people live in poverty there, only some oil sheikhs have money in there. The inequality is staggering. Now look at Monaco, poor people don't even afford to live there, they come there to work every day from France or Italy. You're pretty much automatically a millionaire if you live there, even if it'd be some 1 bedroom rat infested apartment.
