I mean obviously don’t go out of your way to do sprints in hopes of increasing gh but if your someone like me who plays a sport or walks consistently and you have the chance to sprint (during conditioning or on a manual treadmill at the gym) then I think it’s a good idea. However the majority of people reading this don’t go outside so that prolly won’t apply to them

I actually agree, I think the “niche loosmaxxes” are just the very basics that people have forgotten about and moved on from.
