What is the most optimal diet for a fully natural human male?

I am a 22 year old gymmaxxer and I’m fully natty. I want to know from a biological perspective, what is scientifically the best diet a male can eat? I only want clean food, hit all my macros and get all my nutrition, damn near 0 added sugar, no Enriched Flour slop, no red 54 and blue 5 yellow 69420 shit, no seed oils or high fructose corn syrup goyslop shit. I want to live to at least 100 and be cancer free and to mog every other human.

I agree. Ive ate steak every single day for over a year and a half. Red meat gives you high T and makes you want to breed women and dominate them sexually.

Yeah i know im such a loser going the gym 6 days a week immediately after work:soy:
 
try bulgur and couscous way easier to digest and way more stuff in it compared to just pasta and bread

these foods are redundant and dont contain many nutrients (the blueberries are sprayed with pesticides)

I would suggest natural slow carbs and some protein (dairy) at breakfast, pre-workout snack then the bulk of daily kcal (meat/eggs) for dinner that is the most optimal and you get every nutrient, optimal for fat burning/build muscle
meal timing is important for insulin and allat

Avoid Spinach, it is loaded with oxalates. Also, focus on animal proteins and fats and work in some organ meat into diet. Furthermore, you should avoid seeds because of phytic acid.

The only reason why i have to eat that shit is because my doctor told me i have a bad gut from being chronically deprived of fiber for the first 20 years of my life.

Fiber is not necessary, fiber is quite literally the indigestible part of a plant.
They say to eat fiber to bulk up your stool (whatever that means) and it improves digestion.
But you don't need to do that if you're eating a proper natural diet, your digestion is as good as can be.

You do not need greens, greens contain oxalates, goitrogens, phytic acid, lectins tanin, protease inhibitors
basically those are anti-nutrients that harm your hormones, particularly ur thyroid, proper vitamin and mineral absorption
They say to eat veg for nutrients, and yet ironically the anti nutrients within them make it so you cant absorb any of it:lul:

if you want to truly be healthy, watch faceiq recent videos to educate yourself and eat a diet consisting of red meat and eggs for protein and fat, milk for fat and carbs, for carb source pre-gym i use honey but i also cheat a bit and use rice crackers but they are basically just an empty food to use as a source of carb, also fruit is good 1x a day
