BCAA is pretty stupid tbh, but creatine can up the amount of reps by 15-20%. It'll most definetely help build muscle.

it works if your norwood is of a certain type responsive to increased blood flow to the hair roots, but only if you giga dose it so much you nearly die of a heart attack

Creatine gave me the worst cluster headaches I've ever had. I'd get 3 or 4 headaches daily that would last for 10 minutes each and they were so painful that it made it hard for me to focus in class. It also bloated the shit out of me. I added at least 10 lbs of water weight.
