What is the most selective long term bone drug that increases osteoblast activity and bone thickness without significantly increasing cancer risk?

Not like Romosozumab once a month or Denosumab.
 
By definition, practically (almost) impossible to not increase cancer risk. But subjectively, IMO, teriparatide
