What is the most you can do to help urself during puberty?

There has been a lot of other ppl asking if they could do "this and that" for puberty and I'ma just ask it straight forward, what can I do for puberty?

Natural best you can do is be outside, eat healthy (not drinking or vaping since it's for short retards) and do sports like weight lifting (and If you're overweight get lean since it impacts puberty hard), also of course sleeping well, it's really important. Basic stuff that your grandma would tell you

fully avoid industrial/artificial sugars. eat a lot of red meats, eggs, other organs, diary products, and fruits.

some vegetables are optional for digestion.

avoid green leaves they are nutrient blockers hence they are so bitter.

try to avoid carbs too, unless you need to put on some mass then have occasionally

Dont get lean during puberty
Dont be overweight though it's shit losing weight for a few months to get to a healthy weight is so much better for health then just staying overweight

I know some guy that started smoking cigs and vape since the 8th grades hes 6'5 btw

Yeah he probably has tall as shit parents. A bad lifestyle can rob you with 2 inches of height, the stuff I said won't drastically change much, it's just to optimise it

eat maintenace calories , exercise, take vitamin D3 10,000iu's , K2 MK7 100-200mcg, Magnesium Glycinate 300-400mg, Zinc Picolinate 10mg, Calcium 1000-1200mg from milk dairy products , all daily to support puberty and bone growth + you can take HGH if its available to you + 8-10hrs of sleep

Mark as solution or imma snap ur neck as u sleep

dairy has high bio availability calcium thats what matters really that it gets absorbed well by ur body + don't snack eat meals apart from each other and fast 2-3 hours before sleeping don't eat to not spike insulin so you get proper gh spikes as u sleep u monkey bufoon

does it have to be calcium from dairy? or do supplements work too

supplements work but dairy has higher bio availability which means your body will use more of it than if you would take it as a supplement
