Should I also eat white meats like chicken toofully avoid industrial/artificial sugars. eat a lot of red meats, eggs, other organs, diary products, and fruits.
some vegetables are optional for digestion.
avoid green leaves they are nutrient blockers hence they are so bitter.
try to avoid carbs too, unless you need to put on some mass then have occasionally
