What is the order I have to apply these products??

Cleanser, urea moisturizer, tret .025/.05, and Spf
 
morning: cleanser > spf
Night: cleanser> switch between tret and urea everyday
ideally you would also add a moisturizer

Isn't urea actually used for moisturizing
