What is the best time to sunbathe? For how long?
How do I reduce the chances of skin disease while out in the sun to get vitamin-D?

in the morning, between 8 AM and 11 AM, or in the late afternoon, after 3 PM. During these times, the sun’s UV rays are less intense, reducing the risk of skin damage.
Light skin: 10–20 minutes
Medium skin: 15–30 minutes
Dark skin: 30–45 minutes
you won't get skin cancer just do it
