Im 15yo, 174cm/5'8 , 66kg/ 145 pounds
Working out 3-4 times a week
I have been trying out a diet for 2 weeks consisting of:
good pork and chicken
raw milk
organic white goat cheese
pork fat
organic butter
eggs
seafood
some liver from time to time
When i started the diet I lost 2kg in like 2 days but after that started to gain weight until i hit around 66kg
I look leaner than before at least i think i do
Yall have any ideas for the perfect human diet for ppl in development?
