What is the perfect human diet for a someone in puberty?

Im 15yo, 174cm/5'8 , 66kg/ 145 pounds
Working out 3-4 times a week

I have been trying out a diet for 2 weeks consisting of:
good pork and chicken
raw milk
organic white goat cheese
pork fat
organic butter
eggs
seafood
some liver from time to time


When i started the diet I lost 2kg in like 2 days but after that started to gain weight until i hit around 66kg
I look leaner than before at least i think i do

Yall have any ideas for the perfect human diet for ppl in development?

Get the micro nutrients in. Potassium Vitamins Sodium cholestrol fats

They have potassium and beta carotene.

If you’re a carnivore, ask it for the most nutritious carb and animal protein.

add maybe one high source of pottasium i persoanlly have potatoes for me but ik some people try to stay low carb

Beta carotene is borderline usless for most of the population and you can get your potassium from animal products. I would say that maybe only avocados are valid but only them

try and replace pork for more red meat. you need to add some fruit as well, i would assume your tweaking from sugar cravings if this is really all you eat.
