When someone like Clav decides to get a double jaw surgery, how does he know what a 'perfect' jaw looks like for him to undergo surgery to achieve such look? Is there a person with this perfect jaw that he tries to replicate or are there measurements and ratios to figure out the idea of a perfect jaw?
