Realistically I would say between 5.10-6.3/178-191cm. Shorter than that and you might be called a manlet and taller than that and you risk suffering from lankletism and horseface. Of course in an ideal world 6.4+ with good frame and face would be ideal but most GL celebs and models are in the height range I just gave.
