it looks like the mouth area is sticking out
i can think of the cause like:
-perioral mounds fat
-deep canine fossa
-flat maxilla
-under develop mandible
-bimaxillary protrusion

the solution i can think of is:
-gain weight so my cheeks have more fat in it
-brace to fix bimaxillary protrusion
-facial exercise

I don’t know how you could fix this but gaining weight and putting more fat in your cheeks and face is a terrible idea. Will weaken your jawline and hollow cheeks and turn you into a bloatcel. Honestly it’s a little strange I’ve never seen this issue before but doesn’t really look bad. Probably much less noticeable and apparent in different lighting and a different angle

Most likely a deep canine fossa. In certain lighting I have the same issue, and it stems from that.
Could also be a recessed mandible but you can usually tell if ur mandible is recessed or not

I have a deep canine fossa and I have the exact same thing, I am still young and have baby face fat so I dont look As majestic As you do. In certain lightning it really sucks tho, but look at for example Alain delon and simon nessman, they have a deep canine fossa and are mogging
