Just seems kinda flat. Would be 5 if more forward growth.

probably from the front it would be a 5 fix, my eyebrow halo my face,where do you think forward growth is missing? would leanmaxxing give a good illusion of foward growth?

Potentially. I'm not an expert on surgeries so asking others on this forum would be a better option than me tbh, im relatively clueless with it all.
