I figured out my acne is somehow Hormonal acne, because of my age and my bad habits, shortly known as Gooning, i havent gooned for 3-4 days and it has improved a lot, are there any other ways to prevent acne from coming back?

Gooning has nothing to do with acne. Get tretinoin 0.05%
