What is the reason to live if one has missed out on adolescence?

I am not talking about roping, dont get me wrong.
But what is the reason one should even try to do things such as a job, school, have family, etc?
Why?
I havent had 1st kiss, no parties gf or sex or drugs or anything during middle and highschool.
Partly because of lockdowns, partly because of autism, partly because of looks.
But that doesnt matter why. It only matters that it didnt happen. Nothing ever happened. So why to even try now?
I am 20, sure, but like...

maybe you could achieve them later in life, opportunities can come
