How much longer should I wait to get another surgery if I am getting any and how much longer to see the final result

Implants surgery is more brutal than osteotomies because you have foreign bodies incorporated into yours : your organism is trying to adapt/reject it at the same time.

6 months minimum before trying anything else.

I'm still recovering from mine at week 11, still some residual swelling.

Will it be that bad?? Like can I do rhino after inframalars before 6 months

I would do rhino before inframalars IMO. Especially since infection is more likely to occur from implants and more likely so if you reopen tissue next to inframalars incisions.
