What is the right back posture?

I struggle from scapular winging and don't know if the right posture is rotating the scapulas(first picture) or just pulling them back (second picture)

Btw don't think about the fit just got out the shower

jfl i relate but im sitting most the day how tf is one meant to have good posture, even in school id lean foward and rest my head the whole class

I've been trying to fix it for months but im never sure about my scapula's right placement

Just go and walk outside everyday or engage in some physical activity for atleast 30 minutes a day
