Also Dr. Paley, but he's extremely expensive.
Dr. Mahboubian also seems competent and trustworthy.
I recommend you to watch videos on YouTube from "Cyborg 4 Life", he Interviews LL surgeons.
In the end, the surgeon can't guarantee amazing results anyway. Surgeons who offer the surgery will perform adequately. The surgery isn't crazy difficult to do. The real struggle and work begins in post surgery physiotherapy. I also wouldn't go with the ilizarov method, seems too brutal.

Doubt anyone doing LL only does it for losing virginity... It's about not looking up to others like a child, about being shown respect
