Go get rhino or botox on your nose instead

Why would u? Just use Hydrocortisone if u havent already.

Fat in the nose is really slim (Sure, not none, but isnt that much either) that even if u do pin, it wont have as much results as u want. Personally Risk to Advantage ratio just isnt there. But if u want to continue with it, pneumo has a guide (he also discourages it afaik)
