Brutal surgery maxxing basically. But its not worth fixing. But in thepry it is what it is but for normal people ypu look normal not ideal but normal enough

No ortho can fix it. A marpe could potentially have a effect if you got narrow palatte

I don’t even think it’s a couple mm, i would say do some research before you get it yk
