Lower blepharoplasty. It basically removes the redundant tissues and repositions the fat in your lower eye area to get rid of the hollowness, making your eyes look more compact. Canthoplasty / canthopexy is often performed in conjunction with lower bleph to tighten up your sinking outer eye corners. The latter is less invasive than the former

Canthopexy will help but lower eyelid retraction repair surgery is superior. Alot of eye surgeons or whatever should be able to do it for you if they treat graves disease.
