What is the surgical equivalent to Squinting?

Whenever im squinting, my lower and upper eyelids get closer to each other and my eye area looks better ,but if i don't squinting my eyes looks rounded, i guess is Infra and Supra Orbital implants?

cantho just raises the lower eyelid via stretching the lateral canthus and orbital implants provide orbital volume, which can raise the eyelid depending on your anatomy and proximity

if you have soft tissue problem probably canthoplasty
if its a bone volume problem you need implants
