What is the ultimate way to get rid of Upper Eye Lid exposure and achieve hunter eyes?

So im trying to improve my eye area, i do already have a decent eye area tho but maximizing it will always be better. This is what I’m currently planning:
Canthal tilt: I have a neutral canthal tilt, but I’m planning to make it positive by doing a DIY PDO thread eye lift.
Lashes: I already have decent lashes, so I’ll just apply castor oil and Vaseline to make them look darker and thicker. I might also dye them darker.
Under-eyes: I don’t have eye bags, just some dark circles. I’m planning to improve that by sleeping on time, getting enough iron and other vitamins, and reducing screen time since I think that also has an impact.
My question: I don’t have a lot of UEE, just a little bit, but I want to reduce it. Will this affect things like WHR or SSI? For example, would reducing UEE make my eyes look wider or narrower? Also, how can you completely get rid of UEE? I’m open to Botox, fillers, or PDO threads, but I’m not willing to get surgery.

If you haven't done already, make sure you lock in your contrast. Dark hair on your head and definitely on your eyebrows makes massive differences for eye area, as well as skin coloring.

Saw another bloke on here just a few minutes ago, he was extremely pale and had very Norwegian traits, but great bones and great eye area that you couldn't even tell was good because his coloring was so bad.

1st about eye tilt i dont think much of it you can also face lifts if you want you could even try doing over nigth rather than hiding it tho i dont have proof for that
all things are great except the fact that you want to reduce uee even tho its minimal why waste time on such minute things wont make much of a difference and most doctors dont do such procedures so it COULD be risky so leave it at that focus on brows more

I do have a decent eye area i want to go for that hunter eyes, when i but vaseline on my lashes and curl them up it gives the hunter eyes illusion but i cant do this forever and im not a fan of frauding

Well im not doing pdo threads if i cant get rid of uee i dont have the whr and ssi of hunter eyes i mean u can still have hunter eyes with uee like zeta has some but he squints and clav too (almond-hunter) but doing pdo threads would make my eye area look weird so theres no point of doing that if i dont have hunter eyes, but thanks!
