1.Has to have not so shit quality houses for cheaper than average because im from fucking turkey.

2.Cant have a lot of spics/niggers/sandniggers

3.Cant have a lot of crime (correlated with 2.)

4.Would be better if it had forests/mountains (optional)

All isolated shitholes wirh more cows than people. Vermont is best
Ain't vermont got like the second lowest state population?

But yeah you're right, definitely very rural. Boise is quite nice imo (been there a lot) though but it doesn't fit his #2, does fit some more than other cities its size though

A lot of Idaho and Montana aren't cheap anymore, only poor parts of Montana and Eastern Oregon.

Which one has cheaper houses

Just imagine bro
Wyoming is the cheapest but its super isolated

Montana is good mix of nature and housing prices

Idaho probably most expensive but best nature imo

Yes but in Vermont it is rural but cozy and comfortable, there are dense human settlements with good number of people and the rest is mountains. In places like Idaho it is all agricultural land. Your nearest neighbor is like 2 miles away

which has more balance of house price/life quality
Buddy you looking at the prices ? You cant have both, gotta compromise on at least one aspect. Although since you are in Turkey your expectations might be lower so I would suggest picking a town not in the middle of nowhere but not with huge population too.

And dont pick coastal areas, you will be fucked with no insurance. Florida is a good example

Tbh you gotta sit down with your parents and search the gov websites since they have the data.

Put a filter on population size

A filter on crime

A filter on house prices

A filter on demographics

That insurance stuff is unique to Florida and maybe the other Gulf Coast states, thatโ€™s due to hurricanes. The coastal West Coast and Northeast have less natural disasters but higher housing costs upfront.
