I would say any big city. Theres many incel states like Ohio unironically that have fatcels and sub5’s. South Carolina also isn’t too bad if you’re an incel because it’s very conservative.

Or any Muslim country is fine being an incel because they don’t push the idea of body count or slaying as much as they do marriage. But u do get weird looks past a certain age if u aren’t married

Small ones, if youre incel in rural area it is truly over for you. Though it could be argued neurodivergence is rarer in rural areas
