It's very dimorphic while still staying somewhat proportionate. It trades off facial averageness for dimorphism to a certain extent which makes him look masculine and striking.

Honestly , for men probably recessed jaw , it is really makes you look like a weak male human being. SFS incels (which I could identify myself with but with an exaggeration) , qt least can appear "aggressive" ? Idk man

I've never seen any man look good with a narrow face. Fixing narrow faces aren't the easiest thing either depending on the severity, you might be lucky and just need a bit of filler or implant but if you've been cursed with a narrow mouth, narrow IPD, narrow nose then those are all giga hard things to fix.

Fivehead can be fixed with hairline lowering
NCT and Scleral Show with various eye surgeries

Narrow face is a death sentence because if you want to try fixing your narrow FWHR you will have to get multiple procedures only to throw off the harmony of your midface with your zygos and jaw

It's bimax for short face. OBO is kind of crazy but I guess it's possible.

realistically how many mm can u get from that lol. cus the fact is the physical size of the orbits cant be changed. its the most fucked failo there is anything else can be fixed by slicing and reconstructing the skull. eye size just cant be changed at all

No Tripod will give you wider orbits so it would be effective. It's an insane surgery that is probably even harder to get than OBO but in theory it is possible and in practice has been done in the past.

There are accessible surgeries for this though, for death tier IPD, no. You can't even get OBO for aesthetic reasons, they're only done on deformed patients.

OBO is being worked on. Right now you can actually get a sub-cranial one with no craniotomy but with 180 degree orbit capture only.

Giant is working on a sub-cranial 360 degree OBO and on aesthetic tripod osteotomy.
