Too wide or too close of an ipd is bad too, but yeah I'd say a recessed chin is the worst.

Severe downward growth or bad eye area

A truly genetically bad eye area (such as too close to each other or too deep sockets) is physically almost unfixable.

Any other facial area that is recessed or lateral instead of forward grown, like chin or cheekbones.

Very deep genetic nasolabial folds from lack of cheekbone mass and low baseline elastin/collagen production + downward growth.

Very large or oversized jaw or forehead (fixable with bone shaving and common in Korean clinics).

Almost all physical flaws can be fixed, but the ones involving your eyes are the hardest to fix by far.

Intraocular distance is practically unchangeable. If you do OBO (orbital box osteotomy, which 99% of plastic surgeons wont do) for purely cosmetic reasons and insist on a huge eye socket relocation like more than 0.5cm, there is a high chance you go blind in one eye or both.
