PErsonally, my anxiety is far worse. HArder to cope with fight or flight. Harder to deal with overly dramatic situations. I'd just prefer to stay away from the negativity. The world has gotten extremely toxic i nthe last few years.

Go watch those body language analysis channels on youtube. A fair share of that shit is real as fuck. Our actions mean so much more than we think they do in social settings. It's something as small as nodding up vs nodding down at a passing man.

Nodding down projects insecurity and your obedience to him, especially if done first.

However if you nod up at someone before they nod at you, that's basically you issuing a challenge if they have an issue.

The worst thing anybody has said about me was behind my back, i found out through a guy showing me a convo. Basically a kid I used to consider "friend" in freshman year of high school has turned his back on me and became and snake and said he would publically roast me. It was in 10th grade and he said that in a groupchat. I wasnt in the groupchat but a kid who was in it (he has left school that year so i dont see him now), had shown me. I never confronted the snake until last week, but i always hated him. He never ended up actually roasting me.
