some guy was hyping up a huge thread on thousands of hours of research for months, even saying he would charge people for when the thread came for an exclusive huge document on everything he knew, and how we went from 5’6 to 6’2 in a year or so. Really showed a lot of promise tho as he was very serious and seemed to know what he was talking about. He then dropped the most chatgpt thread on eating eggs, nuts, sprints, and sleeing 8 hours.
