What is there to fix please tell me

I’m not good looking so please give me tips on how to look better and what to improve. Like natrually I don’t think ima get surgery and plus I have a bump I’m nose lol and my brow ridge has developed a little I finally have a little bump.

Sparse brows -> Topical or oral minox. Also look into growing the lashes (lash serum, oral/topical minox, latisse, etc.)
Long midface -> grow out your hair so you can make the sides of your head seem wider
narrow neck -> hypertrophy it with neck curls until it's as wide as your jaw
shave the pedo stache
look into sulfate-free shampoo and a hair wash scheduling that suits your hair type

Ok thank you bro I was thinking about shaving the mustache off and I can’t grow my hair out I’m not allowed to cause of the school I’m at rn. But is there a way to get rid of bump on my nose ? And what does it mean when I have a bump on my nose ?Like do I got to eat primal so I can develop properly?
