In my 3/4 profile, I have a bulge of fat similar to what Sean has. What is this called, and how can I reduce it? I’ve also provided a photo of Rira because ideally, I want little to no fat bulge, like him.

i think its a part of jowls that develops form things like cheekbiting rather than age, i might be a retard tho

buccal fat, just get it removed not a lot you can do if your already fairly skinny

i think its just jowls but there isint the part of the jowl that develops with age iykwim, i got it aswell i realized i was way too insecure about it cause its not that bad trust me

They're called "perioral mounds", I have them too. They're fat pads around your mouth, so there are 3 ways you can reduce them: lose fat, dissolve the fat or surgically take out the fat. Pick your poison.

I appreciate the help this is exactly what I was looking for. When you say dissolve the fat how can I do that

You can either do it intelligently or gamble on it. With intelligently I mean go to a cosmetic clinic and ask them to dissolve or take out the fat, they may use deoxycholic acid injections (fat dissolving injections) or suction out the fat through methods I do not understand.

The "gamble" method requires you buy the fat dissolving injections and do what Clavicular did, inject the fat dissolver yourself and pray you don't fuck yourself up.
