I don’t have many now but the redness is still there that’s why I havnt gone on accutane and started using vitamin C to stop the redness and help it dye down

Your acne isn't too bad, it's very unlikely that they'll prescribe you with Accutane as they are quite hesitant to prescribe it due to the "side effects" They may give you something like Tretinoin which is also wonderful.

I sent a picture to one and they prescribed me with duac which is bonyzol peroxide and a few other ingredients and they said if that doesn’t work in three months then they will resort to using something else

Same thing as Accutane, just less intense. Accutane is known as Isotretinoin, and Tretinoin (commonly known as Retin-A) is essentially the topical form of Accutane, just less concentrated. Most people, like myself, continue to use Tret after Accutane because it's a good cream, and relatively cheap. (I wanna say about $20)

Well I'm not sure what the fuck pie marks are, sounds like something you made up. But if you're talking about post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, then you have no clue what you're talking about.
