Ive seen many different terms. In papers and shit, i have seen “superior tarsus”, “supraorbital flap” and other shit that I dont know if its a super specific part or just the entire fat and skin above the eyelid and below the brow ridge. I think just calling it “that shit above the eyelid” is the best

Ok now that im looking at a bunch of papers about facial reconstruction and surgery, they all seem to call it the “chimeric upper eyelid—supraorbital flap” so thats probably what youd find the best results for looking it up. But im not gonna say that jfl im gonna keep calling it eyelid fat pads or something else that is understandable
