But the question was "Do you live outside the west?" because this is a common eye color here in the Netherlands, that's why I asked. I didn't assume they were yours.

Strange that you haven't seen anyone with those eyes then. Sure, they're not completely blue; there's hints of gray and even hazel as well but it's mostly blue so that's why I say it's blue. Keep in mind, blue has a couple of shades, light blue.. dark blue.. etc.
