TIL I have deviated septum. my nose looks symmetrical for some reason
thats good, I think its mostly unnoticable for most unless in specific lightings maybe
But its very common, try feeling out inside the nose in both nostrils, there you'll probably rlly notice it

actually are you sure thats deviated septum? isn't deviated septum inside the nose soft tissue and not that deep?

Hmm yeah your right I think, tbh just saw that immediadely thought deviated septum
But seems to be both the bone where it starts and cartilage that constitute the septum
