What is this nose surgery / how was it done?

How did they fix his hooked nose while keeping his brow ridge the same? I always see rhinos that completely make the brow ridge dissappear like this one:

Idk much about the details of surgeries tbh but I didn't know this existed. Is it because of the shape of the nose?
