I have a skincare routine already, I use a niacinamide foam cleanser, glyolic acid toner, vitamin c, and I used to use an acne control cleanser but none of this ever cleared up, anybody know what I can do?

Hormonal acne i would recommend acutane or tret

I started on 0.1% tret and never purged just barely flaked around the lips. Get tret asap
