What is this redness around my nose

Also after showering in the morning there is white oily build up on it. I also have an oily scalp but is that the cause of the redness?? Pls help it’s ruining my coloring

The white buildup is most likely caused by excess sebum, and the redness could be due to rosacea. I would recommend accutane for the buildup and azealic acid for the redness. But if you don't want to use accutane, get one of those pimple popping kits; they typically have a tool that's basically a small metal circle that you can use to get out some of the sebum, and it's a temporary fix, but it works
