Looks like some filler, if surgery then wraparound implant or genio + jaw angle implants

First guy got a neck lift(why has no one said this yet) and maybe chin filler or genioplasty. Second guy, well first pic was taken closer(causing lens making the face appear thin in width), seems like all he got was cheek filler or an implant.
 
One of them is trimax I think
