What is this type of asymmetry called and is there a fix?

Looking at the image, what is this specific type of asymmetry called, is this resolvable and if so how?

It results in one side having tighter masseter muscle, higher and prominent cheekbones and also an asymmetry in the palate.

I have this exact thing, and it's what makes people dislike me for no reason, despite having a decent physique and face. Asymmetry is hella important. I'm not sure what went wrong with my development.

Is there seriously no treatment?

Maybe some fillers as a bandaid?
