If someone speaks dumb shit, even like smallest things that i highly disagree with, or a simple little conflict, i get so fucking angry, i literally want to throw a few punches, and be a “winner” in every situation.
what is it and how to control your anger better?
ive got many problems because of this shit before, arrested, staid in cell…
i’ve been only really caring about my looks and money and exams this year, that i forgot about mental health.
