time doesnt exist in this reality. what i mean is that this reality exists within time. so we cannot understand time but we can misunderstand it. time to us is like 2 dimensional shapes (or 4 dimensional shapes, anything non-3D). it exists as a concept but not literally within our reality
if u want to best understand time just simply perceive it. then u at least understand ur perception of it.
